Reversal

I have never been as disappointed as I am now with Hello Paisa. I sent money to Zimbabwe last Monday, but I didn't receive the messages with the PIN. Despite this, they deducted the money from my account. I tried calling them from Monday to Friday, but every time I called, I was given excuses instead of help. I spent almost R200 on airtime trying to get a reversal, but my money still hasn't been reversed. It's now been a week, and I've noticed that they don't even respond to their customers. I don't think they understand how hard people work to earn that money, which they take from us without reason. My child can't go to school because Hello Paisa is holding my money for no reason. That money was meant for school fees."
