Return Funds that are not being done
My salary was paid into my Hello paisa account that is on fica hold and i no longer use,iv spoken to a couple of their consultants i was told a return or reverse funds would be initiated but was never done,they are holding on to my funds and telling me i must fica that account or i will never get those funds until forever

Your account is currently on a FICA Audit Hold because your passport has expired, and as a bank, we are legally required to block access to funds until valid identification has been provided. As soon as you are able to provide us with an updated passport or proof that you’ve app**** to renew it, we will immediately review your account and assist with reactivating it.
