Poor service , rude consultant

I did a transfer to Mozambique on the 17th of August up to today it's not done , when I request a refund today the 21st I'm told it will 48 hours. To add to my frustration one rude staff member cut the phone while I was still talking, enquiring about my money . I phoned again and was told a team leader will phone me back ,still nothing The service is pathetic I would never recommend my friends and family to use their services
