Poor service

HelloPaisa has the worst customer service. I sent my sister money on the 29th of December 2020, which she never received. I started making follow-up on the 6th of January until today I haven’t received my refund. Their agents are very rude and they give customers false information. One lady hung a phone on me. We are facing Covid and people are facing money challenges but they do not care. Everyday they promise me that my money will be deposited by the end of the day but they will be lying. I do not recommend them at all. Save yourselves some disappointment and avoid HELLOPAISA at all costs.
