Poor customer service

They are not reliable my card got swallowed by a standard bank atm they told me that they cannot fix it at Hillbrow branch .I asked for a cellphone number change so l pay the fees they could not fix it .Its very Horrible with very poor customer you cannot use your account its been a year now since l asked for help l did not get assistance l cannot use my account at all 💔I hate HelloPaisa
