Please reverse my money with immediate effect.your representatives are so rude.

On the 2 December 2021 ,I sent money to Ghana via hello paisa till today the money hasn’t reflected.every time i call i’m told the banking department will call me back,it’s been six days nowand nobody has called me.hello paisa representatives are so rude and unprofessional.they are even shouting me when I call.kindly do me a favour and reverse my money with immediate effect.hello paisa is the worst service provider.
