Pathetic service from hello Paisa

Its going to 2 weeks since I sent money through Hello Paisa. Not only did the money not reach the intended recipient after several attempts, my request to get a refund has me being taken to pillar to post. This is supposed to be an instant money app. This is the second week and I am calling customer service requesting my money back. They have made it so difficult to get a refund. Once I get my refund, I am deleting the application on my phone. Pathetic service.. I just want my money back and delete their app on my phone. it is not worth it
