Pathetic service

Friday the 5th l did a payment , then got a message their systems were down l would get a message as soon as the system is up and running.Then got a message that moneynwas credited into my Paisa account.I need my cash to be reversed banknto my account so l can find other ways of sending money again.Been calling their customer care number but nobody responds.Sent an email but nobody responds.Requested for a please call me still waiting. Iam really upset with this kind of service.No proper communication between the customer and them whatsoever.All l need now is my money to be reversed in my account.
