Pathetic service

Pathetic service for Hello Paisa , blocked my account 20 days and asked to supply supporting documents and I did that same day , since then no feedback nothing , if I call I get the same scripted response some of the agents are very rude to the extent of saying to me that I must not keep calling . I'm sure this bank makes most of its revenue comes from freezing accounts.
