Pathetic pathetic pathetic service!!!!
Shocking service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Been trying to resolve a mess up with Hello Paisa who linked my cell number and ID to someone else’s profile. I had an urgent payment to make and it’s been 4 days and I’ve been provided with nonsense and promised they would call back but to no avail. Any request to speak to a competent manager falls on deaf ears!!! This business should be shut down!!!!!

06 Dec 2021, 09:39After an hour or so of the supposed linking of my account, my account has now been disabled. Upon logging on to my account within that hour it has been established that 105 ********** transactions were attempted from my account; 11 of which were successful. Upon laying a complaint and requesting this ********** activity to be escalated and investigated my account was disabled. I have since called the call centre and no one can tell me as to why it was disabled or the status of my ***** query. I have emailed Hello Paisa with no feedback from them. I have no choice but to now take the legal route. Service is absolutely pathetic!
