Not happy with the bank hello paisa

This is not a realible bank at all ,i think you should trainee your staff about this bank its seems like they dont know what their doing ,its been a week try to get help due to money that was sent from the Uk to SA till today i has not reflected in the hello paisa account .when i call the help line for paisa they get back to you after two days ,which is not right please update your systems .i sent them proof on the transcation but there is no action at all .the person used Revoult in the Uk to transfer money in the hello paisa account and its been two weeks now there is nothing that reflected on the account.im not happy about this bank its not realiable at all
