We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you and your family went through. We understand how important it is for your loved ones to receive funds quickly and reliably — and it’s deeply disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet that standard in your case.
We also sincerely apologise for the customer service experience you described. That’s not the level of care we aim to provide, and we’ve since strengthened our training, escalation protocols, and refund processes to better support our customers.
While this issue occurred in 2020, we’d still like to investigate it further and ensure it’s been properly resolved. Please reach out to us at *** or call us on *** with your reference details — we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.
