My order hasn't been delivered

I booked their service to send money through them. I paid the amount required, here Iam today still waiting for the delivery which was supposed to take place the same day. I have tried to reach out to a call center only to be told that I should wait for another 24 to 48 hrs. It's been 4 days now since I paid and still waiting.
