To say I am disgraced with the Hello Paisa Money Transfer is understatement. I send money in DRC on 20 June 2020, till date the person has not received it. Their service is so pathetic. I have emailed them more than twice. I have try and report to their online support, with each person asking me for the proof that the person has not received the money. Even after supplying them with the proof I still get the same answer we are still investigating. This company has bad service and I will never recommend them to anybody.
