Lack of professional ethics

I sent money to a cell number that is not working at the moment. This I did without the knowledge that the number is no longer accessible. In this kind of even, hello Paisa is supposed to reverse the money so that I can send send it to the right number. On numerous occasions I have called and and the person on the other end of the line keeps making promises that are not forthcoming. I have spoken to more than three different people and non of them seems to have answers. It has reached a point where even there consultant uses a language that is in every way abusive. And I quote "He tells his colleague to speak to that mad man". I have insisted on speaking to a senior person but to avail. This is quite absurd, unprofessional and *********.
