On the 22nd of December 2020, we sent R 459 to my mother and up to now she has not received the money. After numerous emails, phone calls and resending documents HelloPaisa has failed to resolve this query. Their contact has been grossly unprofessional ,********* and disreputable. Use them at your own risk as they are just good for nothing time-wasters.
