I want my money back

I sent money to Zimbabwe last week friday it did not go through i put in a query on monday they said i had used an old reference and they will try resolve it. I waited for feedback. I called on wednesday they said the matter is escalated thursday same thing. On friday i called to request reversal since i had looked for other money to send home as the matter was urgent. I called i told them been waiting since monday they said it takes 24 to 48 hours to escalated a order but its now a week i said . Im hurt Paisa i want my money back you cant just keep quite with my money .
