I sent a query for my account and no response despite supplying them all info needed. Hello Paisa may be taking advantage of Foreigners riding on clients' frozen funds for their operations. I need my response and account review

I have been with my Hello Paisa account for 4 years. I have never transacted anything ******** or *****ulent on my account. Hello Paisa requested for documents to support my earnings, I provided. Now its days no reply from Hello Paisa besides the generic replies from their Call center consultants who also in turn tell you that their hands are tied as they are not availed with direct number to dispute their decision. Each client is given 48Hrs to either agree or disagree or explain any transactions, I was sent a message to respond in 48 hours but still my Account is not yet activated. Imagine a whole bank Bidvest Alliance acting like ****a shop where they question your income, you provide support and then they 5 months later they don't warn you nor raise reason for account closure. i need my account reviewed and reinstated as i am a legit client and have all the necessary documents needed as a client and this is besides the fact that i already sent them the info they required. Imagine calling FNB (which is one of my accounts by the way), and the whole department tells you we can't respond and we are not empowered and you are posted from pillar to post with no help, while they still enjoy spinning and circulating your funds to their benefit at your expense.
