Horrible Service Provider

NOT A COMPNY TO TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY. service is so poor, it takes several days to get your proof of payment once you made a payment. Yes they are quick to deducted money from your bank. Customer service good for nothing, theyno nothing when it comes to help customers. I wonder if they even train their customer service people. Unprofessional some will be making noise in the background. I tried to swipe and it ttold me I axceeded my limit I phoned the bank they never gave me an answer. NOW I MADE an EFT PAYMENT 8 HOURS AGO. There is no proof of payment but yet they deducted my money and even service fee. How can I prove to the person that I paid money when you don't see even a transaction record on my banking app. If you are thinking of using Paisa staaay away from **** service.
