Horrible service

2 months back I uploaded documents under increase limit option to increase my limit and waited for a month but nothing happened then I phoned them so they advised me to visit store. Its been more than a month now since visiting the store but limit has not increased yet, though he promised me it will be done in 5 working days. Now today again i contacted them and they said I must visit the store. For what? To wait again for a month and beg you for help again? I Had to use xendpay to do urgent transaction. Hello paisa is not like before anymore
