Hello Paisa Staff member not professional

I went to centurion Head Office on Monday, to request a specific letter for a sanlam payout.Theron Naidoo advised me, She would assist with it, however, I wouldnt get it that day (25 Jan 2021 11:30), to which I agreed, as it was midday already.. it has been 3 days now & she is vague, only keeps telling me that she is waiting for it from her team! This is highly unacceptable.. Hello Paisa has no sense of urgency! Your staff need training on customer service.. and ETA ( Estimated Time of Arrivals). Therona carries on like I am incoveniencing her, yet she is employed to do her job! Very dissapointed!
