Hello Paisa speed point and service

I app**** the speed point from Hello paisa by their marketing person. Machine installation and activation was vary quick. One client of mine paid 50000 rand by his card and its over a week now the payment not cleared. The client is legit. We sent Hello Paisa invoice and informed them we will provide whatever they want to satisfy but they still considering its a ***** transaction Not reversing money to client not paying to us amd giving no reason. Whenever we phone them they says we will release today the payment but no outcome.
