Hello paisa never use it to send money

They have a service where you put money to a non-existing account...It goes through, but getting your money reveresed, is hell while dealing with different call center agents who are hearing your problem for the first time. This Equitel money transfer should not be in use. Very unprofesional in having to call them in getting an update. My advice is never use hello paisa to send your money up to now im still waiting for my money to be refunded . I have gone to their offices so many times tried to call Kenya till to date nothing . I have wested my time and money going their offices. I sent my money with this hello paisa on the 27th of June till to date no one has received money in kenya and when i request a refund they tell me stories as if its their money
