Hello Paisa is an inadequately funded and ***** entity

My aunt in the UK sent us some money on 15/04/2021 from the UK,upon which we received notification via sms from Hellopaisa informing us to submit compliance documents,which we did, in order to have the money transfered into our account and up to date we havent heard anything from them.Their so called call centres are completely useless and just a toothless front which is a dead end,they take your details and reference# with a promise to call and nothing happens thereafter.This has had a devastating effect on our lives and we are persuing every avenue to ensure this *********** &***** entity is brought to book in every way possible.Iam therefore warning all foreign citizena who either send or receive money through this entity to reconsider and opt for the tried and tested service providers.Hello paisa is a **** which is waiting to explode and many people will loose their hard earned income.Iam curious to know is this entity is fully compliant with the financial regulatory laws including Reserve bank of SA?Pathetic and disgusting
