Hello Paisa is a ****

My experience with Hello Paisa has been extremely stressful and heartbreaking. My entire salary went missing, and despite providing all the required information, I received no real help or resolution.

I was assisted by a staff member named Sonaina Dhanasar, who requested proof from my employer. I submitted everything that was asked of me, believing the matter would be handled professionally. Unfortunately, after providing the proof, nothing was done. There was no follow-up, no proper communication, and no urgency — while I was left without my hard-earned money.

This has caused serious emotional and financial distress for me and my family. A financial service should protect customers, not ignore them when they are in crisis. The lack of accountability and transparency is deeply concerning.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Hello Paisa to be extremely careful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
