Hello paisa holding my funds

I had cash depositesd into my acc which they hold and l am struggling to get them release the funds. I havr since provided with them the proof for source of income.ever since they are not rechable and if they ever return your emails they keep reffering you to the next person. I regrete banking with them and be warned, they do not return calls when you call the call center
