HELLO PAISA ********** APP
Last week Wednesday the 11th of May I paid hellopaisa R2051.25through my fnb app and I did not get the sms with the pin.I called customer care they told me to send proof of payment which I did .They told me it will take 24-48 hours for the payment to update on their system. Here we are it's Wednesday today (a week after the payment).No response as to when I will get my refund.This amounts to *****.This app will cost you money and time stay away from it.
