Hello paisa bad service
Bad service refused to give my money saying I should bring a new passport. Yet all this time it was working

15 May 2025, 11:36We truly understand how difficult this situation is, especially as we know many of our customers rely on their funds to support their families. Your account is currently on a FICA Audit Hold because your passport has expired, and as a bank, we are legally required to block access to funds until valid identification has been provided.
As soon as you are able to provide us with an updated passport or proof that you’ve app**** to renew it, we will immediately review your account and assist with reactivating it.
