hello paisa **** action on failing to reverse money sent to a wrong account...

i hvnt met a bank of ****mers like hello paisa .[BIDVEST ALLIANCE BANK ].i made an eft payment by mistake to another hell paisa account now known as [ Bidvest Alliance Bank] called the bank paisa for a reversal and i am now being told they cant reverse the money and also the account sent the money to is not even working according to the them , this is not the first the time it happened before and my money vanished and i wonder where do these money go to a bank must be able to reverse the transaction especially when they see the account sent to is not working i advice fellow customers to be aware and stay away from such ********s
