Hello Paisa

Hi. I’m struggling to get my money back, from hello Paisa.is an business firm/organization sending money to different countries, I sent money to Tanzania I was October this year,and they didn’t received money that side because the receiver was traveling to other country. That’s where the beginning of my story. Then hello Paisa sms my money have reversed. I contacted them to another receiver in Tanzania, the receiver did not get money when I called hello Paisa they told me to give the receiver have received the money which wasn’t true, when I called them another time they asked me about e wallet of receiver in Tanzania which I gave them but some of support agents of hello Paisa they say is not some they accepted it, but after I submitted everything they wanted still my receiver did not get my money. Every I try to chat with them they repeat the same things, last time was 21/12/2020,I spoke to support agent his last name is soko and before him was luamb those are agents of online chatting for hello Paisa. The last I told him I will go to police and I told to tell his seniors as those chatting I knew was to be reference. They’ve promised me to reverse my money for twice but all the time I waited nothing happened. Please if you can assist me with this I will appreciate,thanks
