Funds still pending and no one nkows where they are or status

Sent money on the 21st August and till to date the 23rd August the benefitiary hasn't received the funds and I keep calling and am not told a right answer as to what going on with my money, I called to have the money reversed once urgently and will seek other avenues to send it in told the reversal and refund will only be done by the 26th, like what the **** is going on with this company??????
