********** handling of money at Hello Paisa

Funds were sent to me via WorldRemit from UK. For some reason I have to deal with this bogus company called Hellopaisa. I have been trying to access those funds for over a month without luck. The Call Centre agents always tell me that someone will call me and Noone ever does. Or they simply drop my call as soon s they know why I am calling. I have used a whole lot of money calling them, but still no solution. They flimsy excuse I got was that my compliance status was not changingbontheir system ... I don't know how that becomes my problem. I have asked them to just reverse my transaction and allow us to use another company and they still are not cooperating. Is this is not tantamount to *****? World Remit needs to rethink this partnership before they lose business in South Africa. We never had such issues before. This is unacceptable. Who is going to compensate me for the time and money spent chasing after my money?? A service that was paid for. Agents refuse to share contact details of superiors, so basically I'm *****ed. Dwal with Hellopaisa at your own risk!!
