Delays in processing orders

It has taken more than 24 hours to process my order that I paid cash for the recipient to receive the money I send. As I write this review the order hasn't been processed. I have observed this poor service from Hello Paisa and at first I thought the delays happened only when you pay using your bank card. They used to process orders instantly but now taking more than 24 hours is pathetic to say the least. Very disappointed with their service and possibly its the last time I am using Hello Paisa
