Debits not allowed

Very bad customer service. I got paid on the 31st of August. When I tried to use my hard earned money I couldn't. I then reported this problem and I was told I will receive a call. Even till today I haven't been assisted. My rent is due and I have a 2month old baby. He has ran out of pampers and milk but I am still being told I should wait for a call.. this is clearly not a properly set up Financial Provider. It's simply bull****
