Credit Card ****s

I would like to share my horrible experience with Hello paisa and id like everyone to be aware of the dangers of using their banking facilities. I joined hello paisa earlier this year, around February to be precise. In March i woke up one morning and discovered that an amount of R2500 was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. On the transaction history it showed that it was a card transaction that was done in Mpumalanga, this was shocking because i was in Johannesburg with my card with me.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS A NEW ACCOUNT AND IT ONLY MAKES SENSE TO CONCLUDE THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE STREET AGENTS THAT WILL DO THE PAPER WORK FOR YOU WHEN YOU JOIN SINCE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION .

They launched an investigation so they say, from that day until today( 12 June) i have not recovered my money. I have not even received an update from them to make matters worse, not even a text or a call just like any other bank would do. Its been months!!!!
