Bad service hello paisa

On the 22nd of December 2021 A large amount of money was ****** from my hello paisa account Ive phoned customer care many times to report this issue Its been almost six weeks and i havent made any progress its my hard earned money and im very disappointed in the company and in the service that ive gotten I have opened up a case at the police station and this is the case no 36/2/22
