Bad customer service

I paid money into they bank account on Saturday the 9th today the 13th Nov and the recipient has still not received the money. I keep calling they promise it will be done before end of the day and this is what they tell me everytime I call. They don't call back customer service is very bad. My friends and family will not use them again
