AVOID THIS BANK BY ALL COST

okay , first of all this is not a bank but *******, Before you think of using hello paisa just visit their reviews page on hello paisa , Their bank is not safe , bunch of ******* and uneducated agents.

Most people are complaining of just having their money taken from their accounts to accounts just put on hold for no reason.

Am a victim myself. Whenever i receive money from Anyone they automatically put my account on hold . Just imagine a card declining whilst you on the petrol station and you don’t have any other means of getting money, then it works again after 2 hours. Today they just choose to put my account on hold again for the whole day .

Am realising that i was lucky that my account was being closed and being opened. Others on hello peter its been months now.

The most frustrating thing is they dont have customer service and their agents are under qualified to be working for a bank or even answer calls. There is noone you can talk to to give you proper directions.

Hello Paisa i just want my money and i promise you wont ever have to deal with me again.
