amount not received by hello paisa

I transferred amount to Hello Painsa on 25/01/2021, which never reflated to my account, spoke to hello paisa on 27/01/2021 but person was not competent to help me or understand my issue, well sent email to hello paisa on 30/01/21 regarding my issue, received call from hello paisa on 31-01-2021 spoke to Habib, it was terrible experience to speak to him i actually felt humiliated after speaking to him, he had aggressive manner when speaking to me there was no professionalism nor ethic when he spoke to me, my amount still missing which hello paisa do not care.
