Access to Account

I’m very disappointed with hello paisa .my account was frozen because I got ****med and I did all the requirements they asked for in order for my account to be unfrozen but no one got back to me when you requested for a call the agents don’t bother to call back when you call they say they will transfer your case to another agent of that field but no one calls I’m very hurt coz the money left I need to pay for my mothers medical bills .
