72 hrs to transfer money from RSA to Zim
I have been using Hello Paisa money transfer service since 2016 with no issues at all, but I'm very disappointed with the service I got on my last transaction. I paid my order via EFT like I normal do (FNB to FNB) on Saturday but it couldn't be processed until the order expired on Monday. I called the call centre who they then instructed me to send proof of payment I was told to wait another 24-48hrs. I got the refund on Tuesday just before 6pm. Good bye Hello Paisa I will use other competitors like Mukuru, World remit and Mama money

17 Oct 2024, 16:12Hello Vuyani! We understand your concerns, however, please note that EFTs take up to 2 working days to reflect and unfortunately, our remittance orders take up to 24 hours to expire. Hence, your funds were not able to be matched with your order.
