Pathetic service provider

Been with Hellomobile for 3 months, but lately the internet is more down than online.

I sent numerous emails to them to no avail. I'm getting frustrated as I'm paying for internet that don't work. I'm strongly considering to move to a different service provider as there is no Feedback or customer service.
