Pathetic !

Hello mobile the most pathetic company to be trusted especially with useless employees or should i say money hungry incentive consulants like Sumaya Pillay and Nelly...on the 19th of May i enquired about a wifi package wich was advertised by Sumaya and i had quick responses in terms of her selling me this product...and said she would call me the next day which she did so she took my details down and requested i pay the once off fee which was R300 which was paid i then told her that it was done also sent her proof of payment so she said a lady by the name nelly would add me on whatsap and take it from there and that il have my sim delivered within 72hours so the sim was delivered after that gone 2 weeks i kept asking them to rica my sim but they kept on making excuses blaming it on loadshedding yet it takes like 5minutes to rica a sim...nelly gave me another number said its hello mobiles business number..that number as well ignored my concerns after using the loadshedding story as well and questions after a while nelly had blocked me because I was asking questions regarding my sim being rica'd So basically after they got payments and Sumaya got her sale incentive they stopped giving any feedback only excuses that too i must be the one who contacts 1st. Gone over 1 month now and nothing no feedback no refund whatsoever only constant excuses and forced rare replies from Sumaya Pillay. Her duty was to follow up and give feedback not mine because at the time to take peoples money then shel be prompt about everything after that they treat you like ****. Please becareful of this Sumaya Pillay and Nelly and their useless adverti*****ts regarding hello mobile. Bottom line is if you work for a company you automatically represent the company as an employee. We work hard for our monies and people like this dont seem to care as long as they gain from our losses.
