Late delivery due to blatant lies

<p>I will not recommend this company at all (they are also known as Freight Management Solutions). Address: 53 Maple Street, Pomona, Kempton Park. Parcel was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 03/10/17. When it did not arrive by 1pm, I phoned and they said that they don't do deliveries in my town (Stellenbosch) on Tuesdays, only on Thursdays! (then why did you confirm on your waybill that you will deliver on Tuesday?). When Thursday came, still no parcel, and then it was a nightmare trying to get an answer. You phone and get transferred from one person to the next, and then they say they will find out what's going on and that they will phone you back, but they never do. After numerous calls I finally spoke to their accounts manager, who then told me the parcel is still in Joburg due to a mix-up and will only leave with truck on Thursday evening. She promised that it will be delivered on Friday late afternoon, and that she will phone me to keep me posted during the course of the day re the progress. Friday came and still no parcel and she didn't even bother to phone me back too, as she promised. On Monday 09/10/17 I phoned her again and asked why she did not phone me on Friday, and her excuse was that she was out of the office for most of the day! Then she puts me on hold for 5 minutes while she is apparently trying to find out from the Cape Town branch where the parcel is (she did this twice in a row, eventually I have to put the phone down and phone her back, because it is my bill while she keeps me on hold). Then only I have to find out that the parcel only arrived in Cape Town on Monday afternoon. Pathetic service and a bunch of lies - will not recommend them to anyone!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!</p>
