Hi I would like to share my experience with this HELLO DIGI TECH. I've been struggling to get fiber at my home for at least 7months. Although every house around me had fiber I kept hitting a brick wall whenever I app**** at Telkom , Webafrica , Afrihost etc etc etc. All telling me that there is no fiber in my area.Then about 2 weeks ago I got a phone call from Aminah at Digitech saying that I do have fiber in my area and that she will sort me out. She said that Homecare will contact me and come and connect me. When Homecare phoned tjey said that there's no fiber in my area yet , so I contacted Aminah and she said she would make a plan. It wasn't 30min and she came back to me and said that RSAWEB will help. Yesterday Openserve ( witch is Telkom) came and done the installation, so now I'm just waiting for my router. I would give Aminah and Hello Digitech 10/10 for excellent customer service. Andre Pienaar
