Shocking experience

Horrible customer service. I waited 10 days before politely asking when I can expect to receive my package. I was answered with a snotty email, stating that if I had just read their website, I would have been able to calculate how many days it would take to be delivered. I was horrified at the way the email was written and I would not recommend this business to anyone, nor will I ever shop there again.
