Cancellation of contract and proof of payment

I took phone with you on a contract in Kimberly New Park Checkers centre. On my last few months you started not deducting your money and putting me on arrears even though i paid vìa deposit. o9 I now have more 6 months you pe7jople taking money from my bank and not even the amount i have signed upon.

I have gone to office multiple times to be told to pay deposit every time on top of my monthly deduction. When i asked for proof of payment and clearance letter i was told to call Head line to do cancellation of contract. I did exactly that till those people cut calls on me. Someone said i gave her wrong information according to her system but refused to tell me exactly what's wrong.

I hereby demand my proof of payment and cancelation of contract in the next 1 hour.

If not so we shall go to public and hears from my lawyers. You have take more than enough me from me and that's enough. That too put me under troubles with clear score.
