Hello Beawtiful - Weltevredenpark - DISGUSTING SERVICE

Hello Beawtiful in Town Square center in Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort..... Well, if I could give -1 start I would.... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! So let me start off with how my day went. I was gifted an acrylic and gel overlay for my nails and a cut, colour and blowave from my dad's girlfriend for my birthday. I got there at 9:45 and sat down and Natasha started doing my nails. First off, let me tell you, my nails looked ATROCIOUS when she was done. I went home and re-did them myself. She took almost 2 hours to do my nails. But that wasn't the worst part - I eventually sat down to begin with my hair colour - and what a disaster! I sent a picture to the hairdresser a week before as well as had the picture in front of me the entire time but nope - she still GOT IT WRONG.... SOOOOO WRONG!! She hurt me so bad - she was pulling my hair and really didi not give a s**t about me..... The owner of the salon walks around with a face as long as the Great Wall of China, and doesn't greet anyone. My hairdresser was being very nasty about other clients to me - Like how unprofessional!? Anyways, needless to say I will NEVER be back and I WILL be telling everyone I know what a shocking experience I had. Their contact no: ***
