Unprofessional windscreen replacement service

My mom recently contacted Hellenic Glass, a well known and reputable glass and windscreen business in Benoni, to replace her windscreen. Unbeknownst to her, the business has a new owner. A guy called Sipho assisted with the replacement of the windscreen. After a couple of days the rubber surround required attention. Sipho's after sales service was appalling, forever making excuses, and never bothering to call back/ return messages. His work and work ethic is highly unprofessional, and the job has still not been resolved. I would not recommend anyone using his services at all!! This is unfortunately a bad indictment on a once well known establishment.
