Student locked in toilet

have been writing my exams through Unisa at the Hellenic community of Benoni hall for 2years and have never experienced a problem with the varsity or the Exam venue till today. I was completely appalled by my experience. The hall has a toilet facility that on this day that I was there, was apparently out of bounds. There is no signs indicating this and the gate to the toilet was not locked,permitting access to the public to use the facilities.I walked past Hellenic cleaning staff and even Unisa staff and was not notified that the toilet can not be used.
